At Parfumhaven, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or leaking
• You received an incorrect item

👉 Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

📋 Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Provide unboxing video or clear images as proof

2. Share:
   • Order ID
   • Issue details
   • Photo/video proof
3. Review time: 2–3 business days
4. If approved:
   • 📦 Pickup arranged or
   • Return instructions shared

• Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted
• No physical return address (online-only store)
• Unauthorized returns will be declined
